HOME INSPECTION
A comprehensive roof to foundation evaluation of the current condition of the structure. This includes an assessment of structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components. Price structure is based on size.
WOOD DESTROYING ORGANISM INSPECTION
A thorough inspection for those pesky creatures and microbes that can destroy a home, such as subterranean termites, drywood termites, Old House Borer Beetles, Powder Post Beetles, and wood destroying fungi.
4 - POINT & WIND MITIGATION
4 - Point and Wind Mitigation inspections are often a requirement for obtaining Home Owner's Insurance. Both services are complementary when combined with a Home Inspection.
Stucco Moisture Evaluation
Our service includes an average of 5 probed locations, along with a complete visual evaluation of the stucco exterior cladding. Areas tested can be adjusted, according to suitability.
Common locations probed include known problematic areas, such as under kick-out flashings and at window corners. Each location requires drilling two 3/16" holes, spaced at 2". This allows an accurate reading behind the stucco. Drill holes are then sealed with high quality paintable sealants, such as Vulkem, and covered with stucco repair.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Critical environmental sampling and lab services include: Water analysis, mold air and surface, lead testing, and Chinese Drywall Report. Know the environment inside your home, by scheduling these important services.
NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS
Comprehensive start-to-finish inspections include: Pre-Slab pour (all under concrete mechanicals and footings), Pre-Drywall (framing, windows/doors, and mechanicals), Final (pre closing), and 11 Month Warranty inspections. Bundled packages are available at a discount.
HUD Compliance Certifications of Manufactured Homes
Anytime a lender is doing a federally-backed loan on an existing manufacture home which is located on its own site (Not a rented parcel), the lender must have an engineer certify the foundation system as being HUD compliant. With FHA loans, the additions must also be certified (not the addition itself but that the addition doesn’t adversely affect the structural integrity of the home.) Many lenders are requiring these certifications for conventional loans addition to FHA and VA.
Balcony Inspections
Balcony inspections are performed annually for multi-level hotels and condominium complexes to assess the condition and safety of upper hotel rooms and residential units. Form Provided: State of Florida HR-7020 Balcony Inspections

Commercial Inspections include multi-family housing (Quadplex and above), retail properties, restaurants, and professional offices. CIs will aid in providing an investor with a snapshot of the condition of the property.
